Whether you are a professional writer or have a penchant for a good story, you’ve probably thought of writing a book. Just imagine: Your name — and words – in a beautiful, glossy, hard-covered book. Who knows, it could even become a best-seller.

But getting your book published is easier said than done. Your story has to catch the attention of an agent, who is constantly sifting through hundreds — if not, thousands— of query letters. And even if your story does get an offer, you have to undergo a series of extensive edits.
