Jimmy Kimmel tricks people into thinking the iPhone 4 is the iPhone X

“Revolutionary,” “different,” “futuristic” — these were all words used to describe the iPhone… 4.

On Tuesday night Jimmy Kimmel Live took to the street to ask people about their first impressions of the new iPhone X. The only catch — they didn’t give them an iPhone X, they gave them an iPhone 4 instead.

Almost everyone interviewed was hoodwinked, with a lot of people saying they liked how small and compact the new model was.

It’s all about capturing their horrified little reactions on camera. Some are shocked, others are angry — and some, like Channing Tatum’s daughter in the video above, are just plain adorable.

Taking over for Jimmy Kimmel on Halloween night, dressed as David Letterman, legendary drummer Dave Grohl was chatting with Frozen star Kristen Bell, dressed as Tom Selleck.

After asking Bell to “jam,” she dedicated the Disney film’s song “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” to Grohl’s kids, Violet, Harper and Fifi — officially making him the “coolest dad.”

Grohl jumps on the drums and the whole thing tumbles into Metallica’s classic “Enter Sandman.” It kind of works. But, who cares? It’s Halloween. Read more…
