‘Killing Eve’ trailer is a joyous, murderous blessing

Killing Eve, one of the best shows on TV right now, has doled out an epic International Women’s Day gift: a brand new (and quite funny) look at its upcoming second season.

It picks up right after Season 1’s cliffhanger in which — spoiler alert! — M16 agent Eve stabs assassin Villanelle after quite an obsessive cat-and-mouse chase. 

Created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, this acclaimed drama stars Sandra Oh, Jodie Comer, Fiona Shaw, Kim Bodnia, and Kirby Howell-Baptiste.

Enter Villanelle, the highly eccentric — and highly unnerving — assassin from the BBC’s recent thriller Killing Eve
