The Rock thinks snowflake culture is ‘putting us backwards’

TwitterFacebook

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson really doesn’t like the “snowflake generation.”

That much is clear from an interview the actor — who’s one of the highest-paid in world — did with British tabloid The Daily Star.

The Rock said that the snowflakes are taking society in a direction that doesn’t align with the ideals of freedom that people have fought for in the past decades with their PC sentiments.

“So many good people fought for freedom and equality, but this generation are looking for a reason to be offended,” the 46-year-old told The Daily Star. “If you are not agreeing with them then they are offended, and that is not what so many great men and women fought for.” Read more…

The Rock’s call to vote is … really something

TwitterFacebook

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson posted a reminder to vote and it really is something else.

In his call to vote posted on Instagram on Monday, The Rock holds a poorly Photoshopped Kevin Hart in his massive, beefy arms. The Rock, playing the part of the hot paternal savior, appears to be flexing every muscle in his brawny body while cradling the tiny, incredibly stressed looking Hart.

Oh nothing, just some perfectly adorable Instagrams of The Rock meeting sea creatures

TwitterFacebook

Dwayne Johnson may get 90% of his kicks from smashing bad guys in action movies, but he gets the other 10% from the aquarium.

The photos he uploaded to Instagram on Sunday — following a visit to Georgia Aquarium with his family — provide sweet proof of this.

“The second largest aquarium in the world and the only institution outside of Asia that houses Whale Sharks,” Johnson wrote gleefully on Instagram. “More than 100,000 animals and sea creatures here that I’m in constant awe of. Specifically, this Whale Shark that I’m contemplating jumping in the tank and jumping on its back. Read more…

“Unfortunately I don’t see it happening in 2020. It’s a position that requires years of hard work and experience to learn the skills.
