Marvel is ‘absolutely’ making a sequel to ‘Black Panther.’ Obviously.

In today’s least surprising news, Marvel is going to make a sequel to Black Panther.

Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, revealed that there will be another Black Panther movie following the critical and commercial success of the first film, Entertainment Weekly reported Friday. 

Upon being asked about a second Black Panther movie, Feige didn’t give any specifics but did promise that there will be one someday.

“Nothing specific to reveal, other than to say we absolutely will do that,” Feige said. “One of the favorite pastimes at Marvel Studios is sitting around on a Part One and talking and dreaming about what we would do in a Part Two. There have been plenty of those conversations as we were putting together the first Black Panther. We have ideas and a pretty solid direction on where we want to head with the second one.” Read more…
