One viral tweet saved the day for this struggling donut shop

Maybe social media isn’t so bad after all.

Business had been slow for Billy’s Donuts in Missouri City, Texas, which opened only last week, according to NBC News.

So the owner’s son, Billy, posted a tweet on Saturday evening with pictures of his dad Satharith at the counter of his empty store.

“My dad is sad cause no one is coming to his new donut shop,” Billy captioned the post.
