President Donald Trump is a master at giving mixed signals.

As nearly everyone in America knows — because the government's been shut down for 19 days now — Trump is dead set on building a wall across the souther border in hopes it will help keep undocumented immigrants from entering the country. But back in 2004, he was preaching a very different message.

In a video clip discovered by The Daily Show, Trump is seen encouraging soon-to-be graduates at Staten Island's Wagner College to never let a concrete wall get in their way.

After addressing his stardom and "financial comeback," Trump decided to share some advice with the students. He told them to be sure to do what they love in the future, and also, "never, ever give up."  Read more...
