The only constant is change … unless you’ve got a handy Chrome extension fighting the tides of time, that is.
And thankfully for anybody who dislikes the recent changes to Twitter, “tiny-tweets” is just such an extension.

Twitter’s maximum tweet length has finally been raised to 280 characters. For some users, this is super exciting. For others, it’s the worst thing ever to hit the Internet.
If you’re in the latter category, you’re in luck. Our friends over at Slate have developed a new Chrome extension called “140” that will help you blissfully ignore the new Twitter for as long as you’d like.
