A Disney princess showed up on ‘Westworld’ Sunday night

There are very few situations where the phrases “Disney Princess” and “Westworld” can be in the same sentence, but a casting choice from the eighth episode of Westworld Season 2 brought the two together in a very literal way. Irene Bedard, the voice of Disney’s Pocahontas, turned up as a host in the park.

Bedard played Wichapi, a Ghost Nation mother whose son was lost to the “ones that live below.” When Akecheta returns from his first death, he brings Wichapi her son’s braid as proof that his body is in host storage, further bringing the Ghost Nation around to the idea that something is wrong with the world they live in.
