We don’t need any convincing about the fact that Marvel comics are awesome. The characters and plot lines are essentially modern versions of ancient Greek and Roman myths: Quicksilver is like Hermes, Iron Man is like Hephaestus, and Jean Grey is suspiciously reminiscent of Athena and Pandora.
