Facebook is not afraid of Brexit, creates 800 new jobs in the UK

Who’s afraid of Brexit? Not Facebook, or at least that’s what it seems. 

The company is opening a new office in London which will become its biggest engineering hub outside the U.S. and will allow the creation of 800 new jobs in the UK capital. 

More than 2,300 people will work for Facebook in the country by the end of 2018, according to a statement. 

The 7-floor building, located at Rathbone Place, near Oxford Circus in central London, is designed by Frank Gehry, the world-renowned architect of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and the Walt Disney Concert Hall in L.A.  Read more…
