Fortnite, arguably the most popular game in the world right now, is being sued by the team behind PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG).

PUBG Corporation, the team behind PUBG, filed a lawsuit in South Korea against Fortnite developer Epic Games, The Korea Times reported Friday. The lawsuit suggests that Fortnite, specifically the Battle Royale mode, violates PUBG‘s copyright, which came out six months earlier.

“We filed the suit to protect our copyright in January,” an official from PUBG Corporation told The Korea Times.
