With the dumpster fire known as 2018 finally and mercifully out of the way, many of us have made New Year’s resolutions to make sure that 2019 is better than its predecessor. (A relatively easy task, all things considered.) 

You might’ve resolved to eat healthier, exercise more, and/or get more sleep, as many resolution-setters have done, per a recent YouGov poll.
