Actor and singer Zendaya shared her go-to method of dealing with stress—and it’s a totally doable activity that many of us can get on board with.
Zendaya tweeted that she has a colouring station at her house, complete with loads of coloured felt tip pens and a load of themed colouring books.
“In my house we all find it quite therapeutic. It helps me with stress,” Zendaya tweeted.
