Happy Amazon Prime Day. If you’re trying to snag some deals, maybe just start praying now.
The ginormous online retailer’s made-up holiday got off to a rough start on Monday as some users were reporting issues with the website and app.
According to a map from DownDetector.com, the problems appear to be focused in North America. The website states that people started having issues with the site loading at 3:04 p.m. ET, just minutes after Prime Day launched, and at the time of writing, over 21,000 customers reported issues.
