You’re in the middle of a nice and relaxing dream and then “bam!,” your pleasant rest is abruptly interrupted with the loud and piercing sounds of your alarm clock. It’s a terrifying way to start your day like that. However, one tech company wants waking up to be the best part of your day, instead of the worst, with a new Kickstarter campaign.

Paris-based Sensorwake created a new alarm clock called the “Trio” that eases you into waking up by slowly stimulating your sense of smell, sight, and hearing.
