The Sims gets its own in-game Alexa-style assistant, Lin-Z

There’s nothing like The Sims to log off from reality for a bit. Getting away from the increasingly ubiquitous world of smart assistants, on the other hand, is a different matter entirely. EA announced this week that the perennial favorite life simulation series is getting its very own smart assistant. Lin-Z is a lot like […]

‘Sims’ players beautifully recreate the quaint town from ‘Stardew Valley’

TwitterFacebook

The farming/role-playing game Stardew Valley recreated in The Sims 4 is every bit as quaint and comforting as the original Pelican Town.

Twitch streamer DrGluon and YouTuber Loverrlee teamed up to bring Pelican Town to The Sims, laying out the entire main part of the town and even decorating the insides of the houses and stores. It’s an homage that would make Mayor Lewis proud.

DrGluon laid out the town and all the buildings, while Loverrlee handled the interior designing.

Stardew Valley in the Sims is finished! Big thank you to @loverrlee for furnishing and decorating all the interiors! Now you can relive all your favorite SDV moments in the Sims like that time you married Pam! or was that just me?#StardewValley #TheSims4 https://t.co/E9Dk9s0WYf pic.twitter.com/jyznaJrJwS
