Marijuana-based CBD has been hogging the wellness industry’s spotlight in recent years, with everyone from Goop to The New York Times plugging its supposed range of health benefits.
But much like Ally’s fame eclipsed that of Jackson Maine in A Star is Born, another source of CBD — hemp — has the makings of an even hotter health trend. (You could say it’s about to go off the deep end.)
