James Blunt just came for John Mayer with a hilarious tweet

Let’s take a trip down memory lane to the early 2000s, shall we?

Ask anyone who roamed the country during the years of 2004-2007 and casually listened to contemporary rock. Two names are guaranteed to come up: James Blunt and John Mayer. It’s been a bit of time since these men have stood tall in the spotlight together, but thankfully, all that changed on Monday. 

Back in 2017, when Mayer was in the midst of an “on” phase with Twitter, he shared an interesting sentiment. “If you’re pretty, you’re pretty; but the only way to be beautiful is to be loving. Otherwise it’s just ‘congratulations about your face,'” he wrote.  Read more…
