Ooga booga! ‘Crash Team Racing’ is getting a remaster

20 years since the original ride, Crash Bandicoot is back in the driver’s seat. 

Activision announced Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled at the 2018 Game Awards on Thursday, a remaster of the 1999 classic.

“Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is built from the ground up and remasters the original Crash racing game by bringing the characters, karts, tracks and arenas to modern console HD graphics,” Activision said in a statement.

Adventure, Arcade Single Race and Cup Race, Time Trials and Battle Mode are back, plus online multiplayer allows you to race friends.

Of course, it follows the remaster of the original Crash Bandicoot games, which were released as part of the N. Sane Trilogy last year.  Read more…
