Pilot’s tweets about flying her own mother is the feel good story we need right now

In a world of constant turmoil and uncertainty, it’s always a welcome surprise when you come across a story that’s just… nice.

On Tuesday, Air India pilot Ashrrita shared a photograph from her mother’s last day at work. As it turned out it was a special day for a number of reasons.

So happy and honoured to be able to pilot the one flight that mattered.
