Police graffiti PSA becomes an online hit, because it’s not very good

Around the world, police use social media to hopefully get their message across to the youth.

Sometimes it’s funny. Other times, as in the case of a video by the Western Australian Police Force, it’s just plain cringeworthy.

The police force released a video about its rewards system for people who report graffiti, featuring a young couple out on the town, relishing in the fact that they snitched to pay for their outing.

While the subject matter is already problematic enough, the pure awkwardness in the video well, speaks for itself. Read more…
