Police respond to active shooter at YouTube HQ

Police are investigating an active shooter at YouTube’s headquarters in San Bruno, California.

“We’re working in an active investigation at YouTube, 901 Cherry. We’re asking that you just follow us on social media for any updates,” a San Bruno Police Department spokesperson told Mashable.

At least one employee described hearing shouts and seeing “blood drips on the floor and stairs” inside of the company’s San Bruno headquarters. A spokesperson for San Francisco General Hospital told CBS it had “received patients from the incident,” but didn’t provide details. Read more…
