Unless you’re a multi-triathlete or SoulCycle instructor, chances are you could stand to exercise more. Working out isn’t all about getting (or staying) in shape: Regular exercise can improve memory, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, and make you a happier, more energetic person. 

We all know how good exercise can be, so why do we make a ton of silly excuses to avoid it at all costs?
