Will there be a ‘Bird Box’ sequel?

With Bird Box officially crowned Netflix’s biggest original film debut, we’re sure executives are gunning for a sequel. 

Inquiring minds want to know: What would that be about? How many sequels could we make? Is a sequel even possible? (On that last one, absolutely yes).

So while you rewatch the film in the hopes that it’ll be less stressful (and do NOT do the #BirdBoxChallenge under any circumstances), here are some sequel ideas to get you mind buzzing.

Start over

The easiest option here is for Netflix to make basically another Bird Box but with new characters in another part of the world, following their introduction to the creatures and their effects just like we did with Mallory.  Read more…
