Activists use London Fashion Week to make a powerful statement about the Grenfell Tower tragedy

It’s been nearly two years since the Grenfell Tower Fire in London, which resulted in the death of 72 people. 

Now, Justice4Grenfell activists (J4G) are once again calling attention to the how much progress has been made in the investigation into the tragedy, which is regarded as one of the worst disasters in modern British history. 

According to J4G, the progress made by authorities into the tragedy is too little, too late. 

“The accountable authorities have been inadequate and tardy in their response 20 months on,” said Yvette Williams, J4G campaign coordinator, in a statement sent to Mashable. “No significant changes or improvements have been made, and no one to date has been held responsible.” Read more…
