Ariana Grande is back with her first single of 2018, and it contains references to the Manchester attack which took place last May.

“No Tears Left To Cry” was released on Friday, and as noted by the BBC, the music video contains a nod to the solidarity that came after the tragedy. A worker bee — which is the symbol of Manchester — flies off the side of the screen at the end of the video.

The song was co-written by Max Martin, who was also behind Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” and The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face.”

Expect this and more in Grande’s much-anticipated fourth album, due for release in 2018. Read more…
