Instant Pots can pressure cook, Instant Pots can make yogurt, Instant Pots can cook eggs, yadda yadda. We get it, they can do a lot of shit — but the smaller models seem to overlook meals that require baking, large roasts, and other similar recipes.

Sike — as if Instant Pot didn’t think of that. Their rectangular six-quart multicooker, the Gem, is your answer to the things a cylindrical Instant Pot couldn’t do, and it’s a rare $21 off at Walmart right now.

The Gem truly is a hidden gem in the Instant Pot line. Its siblings (mostly the Lux and Duo) seem to take up the spotlight most of the time, but that’s just because they’re the models on sale most often.
