News anchor claps back at body shamers who said she was ‘too big’ for her on-air clothing

A Dallas reporter has addressed her haters and supporters in a powerful video after a body shamer said her on-air fashion choices made her look “ridiculous.” 

Thousands of people rallied in support of Demetria Obilor—an anchor for ABC Dallas—after a viewer said she wasn’t dressing appropriately for her body size and shape. 

“She’s a size 16/18 woman in a size 6 dress and she looks ridiculous,” wrote the viewer.
