These sleek Sony OLED 4K TVs are on sale for up to $500 off (and way cheaper than Amazon)

TwitterFacebook

Editor’s note: Mashable and PCMag are both owned by Ziff Davis.

Sony consistently makes some of the best 4K TVs on the market. Amazing picture quality and a sleek design are the standard with their line of products, but this particular model is worth a special mention — and you can get it with the help of a nice price cut.

The Sony Bravia A8F 4K TV is up to $875 off in the PCMag Shop this weekend when you use the code PCMAG15. The 55-inch and 65-inch options are normally priced at $2,299.99 and $2,999.99, respectively, but you can now pick up a 55-inch for $1,615 and a 65-inch for $2,125. These savings make the investment a no-brainer, considering Amazon’s prices on these same models are way higher. (Like more than $800 higher in the case of the 65-inch model.) Read more…

Do you like the color rose gold?

If the answer is yes (or you just like really inexpensive laptops in general), the Apple MacBook is now on sale for just $799, or $550 off its retail price at B&H Photo Video. This is a ridiculously low price for one of the best laptops out there.

Usually going for $1,299, this is the mid-2017 model of the Apple MacBook line. But don’t let that fool you into thinking this is an old and tired machine. This machine still has the slim and compact design with a large Force Touch Trackpad.

Meanwhile, this Apple laptop just rips with its Intel Core m3 Dual-Core processor and Integrated Intel HD Graphics 615 graphic card built inside. This is great for casual use like browsing the internet, creating documents and spreadsheets, and watching HD movies and TV shows on its 12-inch LED-backlit IPS 2304×1440 resolution Retina display — which is 30% more efficient than previous models. 9 wireless phone chargers on sale right now for no good reason

TwitterFacebook

Cords are *so* 1882. No, literally — that’s the year Thomas Edison invented the first known power distribution system. (The more you know.)

With recent developments in Qi technology, which uses electromagnetic induction to transfer energy, supported smartphones can now be charged wirelessly. No longer must our precious devices be tethered down by cords; these days, you can just place your phone on a wireless charging mat or pad to give it a thorough juicing-up. (Of course, you do have to plug in the charger itself.)

If you’re in the market for a new charger that’ll work with your Qi-compatible device, well, lucky you: You have the luxury of choosing from lots of different models. Despite it not being Black Friday or President’s Day or any other holiday that typically brings about massive sales, these chargers are all currently discounted. Plus, you can lower their prices 15% further by entering the code SEMIANNUAL at checkout.  Read more…

TwitterFacebook

After nearly a decade of tweaking the Galaxy lineup, Samsung has created the most exciting phone that the company has seen in, well, forever.

No, seriously — Android has never seen anything like the Samsung Galaxy S10. It’s finally available for pre-order, and come March 8, it could be in your hands. Preorders are live through March 7, when the phone will be available online and in stores.

The S10 comes in three models: The S10 itself, the bigger S10+, and the cheaper S10e. The line features edge-to-edge display (curved on the S10 and S10+) and essentially non-existent bezels, an FHD+ default resolution (they’re the first HDR+ certified phone screens, actually), three cameras including an ultra-wide one, Wireless PowerShare charging, and lightning fast OnePlus performance with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 885 chip. Even Apple diehards can probably agree that the Galaxy S10 is the best-looking phone they’ve ever seen. Read more…
