As some lawmakers have learned the hard way, old yearbook photos can come back to haunt you. But Congressman Eric Swalwell’s picture has proved they can also be good for a laugh.

Swalwell’s photo came to light on March 10 when the San Jose Mercury News dug into some of the adorkable yearbook photos of a few prominent California politicians, including Gov. Gavin Newsom and Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. Read more…
