Congressman goes viral for hilarious yearbook photo featuring some extremely 1990s hair

As some lawmakers have learned the hard way, old yearbook photos can come back to haunt you. But Congressman Eric Swalwell’s picture has proved they can also be good for a laugh.

Behold the glories of the Democratic congressman’s coif circa 1999, when he was a student at Dublin High School in Dublin, California.

Swalwell’s photo came to light on March 10 when the San Jose Mercury News dug into some of the adorkable yearbook photos of a few prominent California politicians, including Gov. Gavin Newsom and Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. Read more…
