People are getting into snow volleyball at the freezing cold Winter Olympics

The average temperature Pyeongchang right now is 23° F (-5 °C), but some athletes still thought it the perfect time for a spot of… beach volleyball?

On Valentine’s Day, a snow volleyball match took place outside the Austrian Olympic team’s lodgings at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

According to Reuters, Wednesday’s exhibition match, which featured volleyball players from South Korea, Austria, China, Brazil and Serbia was meant to showcase a sport hoped by organisers to be added to the Winter Olympics.
