SomeBODY once told me this ‘Shrek’ retelling was a masterpiece. They were right.

It’s time to go back to the swamp, Shrek fans.

On Thursday, 3GI, the hardcore movie enthusiasts who brought the world Shrekfest, unveiled their latest masterpiece: Shrek Retold. And it’s a pure delight.

The video splices together more than 200 people’s unique animations to create an impressive, full-length retelling of the hit 2001 film.

It’s a fun new way to enjoy the beloved animated film and reunite with your favorite characters like Shrek, Donkey, Princess Fiona, Lord Farquaad, the Gingerbread Man, and more.
