This conspiracy theory about Adele and Sam Smith is spectacularly ridiculous

The internet has seen many a silly conspiracy theory, but this new one takes silly to new, fabulous heights — and it involves two incredibly powerful singers, Adele and Sam Smith.

It started with a simple observation.

Anyone notice that Adele isn’t at the Grammys this year? It’s because Adele and Sam Smith are the same person and you’ll never see them both in the same place at the same time
