Watch Beto O’Rourke sing ‘On the Road Again’ with Willie Nelson

Over 50,000 people turned out for Beto O’Rourke’s campaign rally in Austin, Texas, on Saturday, making it the largest political rally for a single candidate since the 2016 presidential election.

The Texas Senate candidate enlisted Willie Nelson for the event, enraging conservative Willie Nelson fans who have apparently never looked into their fave’s politics. We suppose they’re also not pleased with Nelson’s new song, “Vote ‘Em Out,” which was written specifically for the midterm elections.

O’Rourke joined Nelson onstage a few times, most notably for a performance of “On the Road Again.” Can Beto sing? Jury’s out. But he was in a punk band. Read more…
