Yep, Barack Obama’s birthday Instagram message to Michelle is super adorable

When it comes to being adorable, Barack Obama has a strong track record.

Last year he surprised Michelle with a special video for their 25th wedding anniversary, and pretty much nobody could handle how cute it was.

Anyway, he’s at it again.
