YouTuber makes a very sharp knife using a roll of regular aluminum foil

Forget the daily trip to Ikea, there are plenty of items around the house that will make excellent silverware. It just might take a little work.

YouTube channel Kiwami Japan made a knife using a regular roll of aluminum foil, stovetop heat, and hardware tools. The YouTuber is known for making knives out of practically anything from pasta to wood, so it seems like no big deal to make one out foil. We still think it’s super impressive.

The channel’s description makes it very clear people shouldn’t try it at home, which makes complete sense, because honestly who has multiple diamond whetstones and heavy knife-making machinery just lying around their house. Read more…
