27 thoughts I had while watching the ‘Sex and the City’ pilot for the first time

Sex and the City premiered 20 years ago Wednesday, and I have never watched a single episode.

“WHAT!???” I hear you screaming into a keyboard from across the internet. And “HOW??SDF” and “Omg but u must !!!11`” [Editor’s note: I said all of these to you.]

To be fair, this show was hardly age-appropriate viewing for me when it premiered, but I’m not going to pursue that argument because most millennials still appear to have some base-level exposure to it. By the time I was old enough to appreciate it, there was already too much TV, and it became one of those shows that’s “on the list” but never really makes it to viewing. Read more…
