Carrie Fisher’s dog loved ‘The Last Jedi’ and we’re crying

The most important fan has finally seen The Last Jedi: Carrie Fisher’s French Bulldog, Gary.

All Star Wars fans know Gary has been waiting for this moment since he first saw his late owner in The Last Jedi trailer, and a Friday screening his dreams came true.

ABC 7 reporter Veronica Miracle tweeted a video of Gary post-screening, showing off his X-Wing pilot costume. She explained that Gary sat on the lap of Fisher’s former assistant to watch the movie and “his ears perked up” whenever she was on screen.
