Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is far from a perfect film. It defies all laws of time and space and traditional moviemaking by extension, in this ridiculous snow globe of a movie, anything goes.

That said, here are 10 of the wildest things about Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again that we’re going to be thinking about for a long time. 

Spoiler alert? Knowing any of these things in advance will not diminish your enjoyment of the film.

Need something to temporarily distract you from oh, I don’t know, everything?

The trailer for next summer’s sequel Mamma Mia 2 Here We Go Again has arrived, and there is singing and dancing and Cher!

The sequel will take place both in current day — with all the main cast from the original returning — as well as in the past, with Lily James (Baby Driver, Cinderella) portraying Young Donna. 

For those wondering, this sequel is happening because the 2008 original made over $600 million dollars worldwide. Plus: ABBA!
