‘Family Guy’ pokes fun at Kevin Spacey’s bogus apology

Hollywood’s sexual misconduct headlines are officially old enough to have made it on TV, as with Family Guy‘s Dec. 3 episode “Crimes and Meg’s Demeanor.” The episode refers to Kevin Spacey being a gay man in relation to the ending of The Usual Suspects – which is to say, completely unrelated in context.

In the episode, Meg starts drinking to boost her social capital at school during her senior year. She goes to a party and downs several beers, impressing her fellow youths by casually tossing them over her shoulder. Read more…
