Walking out of the sea James Bond-style is tricky.

Jamie Dornan was a guest on The Graham Norton Show on Friday, and he described the painfully awkward way he tried to do a cool exit from the sea for Fifty Shades Freed.

The main problem was that the beach they were on was pebbly, not sandy. So after experimenting with a kind of underwater carpet, Mr. Grey ended up wearing little “gel shoes.”
