Kim Kardashian fans slam her for promoting ‘appetite suppressant’ lollipops on Instagram

Kim Kardashian’s most recent Instagram might have seemed totally innocuous at first glance. But, look a little closer and you’ll see it’s an #ad post promoting “Appetite Suppressant Lollipops.” And, her fans are calling the move “completely irresponsible.”
