Giving birth is one of the most beautiful, natural things in life. 

But somehow the miracle of birth just doesn’t look quite as beautiful when recreated in frosting and sprinkles.

Schumer, who is expecting her first child, just shared a photo of a cake made for her by her sister in law, and it is really something. 

A big, NSFW something with a crowning baby head in the middle. 

“My sister in law. And I can’t stress that enough IN LAW. surprised me with a horrifying cake and i can’t thank her enough. Woman orders ‘Summa Cum Laude’ cake, gets the censored version instead

Cara Koscinski just wanted a nice dessert for her son’s graduation party. What she received was a cake that she says prompted “total embarrassment” and multiple conversations about the alternative meaning of the Latin word “cum.”

In a Facebook post shared Sunday, Koscinski of South Carolina shared photos of a cake she’d ordered from her local Publix supermarket. Though the cake was meant to read, “Congrats Jacob! Summa Cum Laude class of 2018,” she was surprised to see the word “Cum” — Latin for “with”; slang for… you know — replaced with dashes.
