The latest proof can be found in a video shared by Twitter user @jor_nicole4, in which a dog is seen PETTING a cat, and that same cat is then seen HUGGING the dog.

It’s a moment so remarkably precious you just need to see it for yourself to believe it.

For those who are curious, the friendly cat’s name is Pumpkin and the friendly dog’s name is Maggi.

You’re sick? Go to the doctor. You’re not gonna like it, and neither did this cat.

A frustrated feline who simply gave up all enthusiasm for wellbeing has captured the ultimate vibe of visiting the doc. And yeah, that’s 2018 in general.

Writer Ashly Perez posted a photo of her cat James on Twitter on Wednesday, and he’s one reluctant kitty who clearly did not wish to be at the vet.

So, naturally, he put his head in the bin.

As Yoshizuki cooks himself a delicious French toast breakfast — complete with a very tasty looking cup of coffee — his feline friends stare on. Sometimes they get up to get a closer look at what he’s doing, but for the most part they seem content just sitting.

Dozens of cat mummies unearthed in ancient Egyptian tomb

At an excavation of a pharaoh’s 4,500-year-old pyramid complex, Egyptian archaeologists discovered dozens of mummified cats — in addition to 100 ornate cat statues. 

Egyptian Minister of Antiquities Dr. Khaled El-Enany announced the ancient cat artifacts on Nov. 10, and the Ministry took to Twitter to share images of the long-deceased felines, wrapped in ribbons of cloth.

Ancient Egyptians may not have worshiped their cats, but there’s ample evidence that they viewed the small mammals as divine.

This is Ode To…, a weekly column where we share the stuff we’re really into in hopes that you’ll be really into it, too.

Poorly Drawn Cats is a Twitter account dedicated to, as the name suggests, poorly drawn cats. But calling these charming little pictures “poorly drawn” doesn’t seem like a fair description considering how beloved they’ve become by the account’s many followers.

The crude, contour-line drawings created by a Brazilian artist named Heloísa, who started the account in 2016, capture the distinct personalities of cats — not always an easy task. The drawings featured on the account are of cats featured in photos submitted by fans of the account. Read more…
