We super duper, extra special with sprinkles on top do not need a standalone Joker movie starring Jared Leto, and the fact that Warner Brosreportedly is in the early stages of planning one fills me with a confusion so profound I can barely wrap my head around it. To examine the evidence, Jared Leto played a terrible-looking and horribly interpreted Joker in a too-dark and alarmingly misguided movie that literally no one liked. The only good thing about Suicide Squad was Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, and the lowest points of her storyline included every moment she shared on screen with Jared Leto’s Joker. Read more…
