So, here’s a wax figure of Ed Sheeran casually surrounded by cats

Never thought we’d say this, but a wax version of Ed Sheeran is currently surrounded by felines in a London cat cafe. Help it?

A wax model of the Grammy-winning artist, created by waxworks museum Madame Tussauds, took centre stage at Lady Dinah’s Cat Emporium in London on Tuesday.

After its stay with the kittehs, the model will head to the museum, ready for hundreds of public selfies from next week, reports Reuters. Read more…

Meghan Markle gets her very own waxwork and it’s pretty uncanny tbh

TwitterFacebook

You have to be pretty important to get your own waxwork figure. But, sometimes, just sometimes, they end up looking creepy as hell. Looking at you, Melania Trump

Just days before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot, Madame Tussauds London has jumped on the royal nuptials bandwagon and unveiled a waxwork of Markle.

And, fortunately for Markle, the waxwork is a true likeness. Not creepy, either!

The wax version of Meghan is now standing beside her betrothed, Prince Harry, who already had his own waxwork. Oh, and just in case Harry was feeling left out, fear ye not. His waxwork — created to celebrate his 30th birthday in 2014 — has been spruced up with the addition of a beard.  Read more…

TwitterFacebook

In America, you’re truly haven’t made it until you’ve been cast in wax and thrown into the most vile neighborhood in America: Times Square.

Wax Melania will stand in the “World Leaders Hall” section, which also includes Nelson Mandela and Malcolm X — legendary leaders who sought freedom and racial justice, while she was busy advancing the Obama birther conspiracy and helping to elect a know-nothing demagogue president.

Nuances, schmuances. And who better to introduce a wax exhibit than Sean Spicer, a man who voluntarily hollowed out his core in order to serve the Trump administration? Read more…

A wax Trump has appeared outside the US embassy in London

TwitterFacebook

Has a prominent world leader refused to visit your country under a flimsy pretext? Never fear, Madame Tussauds has you covered!

President Trump cancelled his visit to the UK, originally scheduled for February, citing the US embassy in London as his reason for the change of plan.

“I am not a big fan of the Obama Administration having sold perhaps the best located and finest embassy in London for “peanuts,” he stated in a tweet, “only to build a new one in an off location for 1.2 billion dollars.” (This is inaccurate by the way, but that’s a whole other story). Read more…
