TwitterFacebook

It’s been 30 years since the world met Roald Dahl’s pint-sized heroine Matilda Wormwood, and she’s marking three decades by defying yet another larger-than-life villain: President Donald Trump.

To mark the 30th anniversary of the October 1, 1988 publication of Dahl’s book Matilda, a temporary statue of the youngster facing down a cartoonish  Trump has been placed near Dahl’s home in Buckinghamshire, England, per the Telegraph.

TwitterFacebook
