The first season of Amy Sherman-Palladino’s Golden Globe and Emmy–winning comedy The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel told the story of Midge Maisel getting divorced and discovering her natural talent for comedy.
In the second season’s first trailer, Midge looks about ready to ride her newfound gift all the way to the top.
