Kanye West paid a lot of money for a photo of Whitney Houston’s bathroom and people are really mad

Kanye West just made everyone mad again, but this time it had nothing to do with “dragon energy” or politics. It’s because he paid $85,000 for a photo of Whitney Houston’s bathroom. 

This week, rapper Pusha-T — who is signed to West’s label GOOD Music — revealed that the artwork for his album DAYTONA was changed at the last minute because of the producer of the project, Mr. West himself. 

Though it wasn’t revealed until Thursday evening, the change came on Wednesday in the early hours of the morning, just a few days before the album was scheduled to drop.  Read more…

Lorde has apologised to fans after Instagramming a photo of a bathtub captioned with a Whitney Houston lyric.

Lorde posted a photo of a bathtub on her Instagram alongside the words “and iiiii will always love you”—a lyric from “I Will Always Love You.” Whitney Houston’s version of the song—penned by Dolly Parton in 1973—became a huge hit after it featured on the soundtrack of The Bodyguard in 1992.

Appearing on The Graham Norton Show on Friday, Ferrell explained why he decided to belt out “I Will Always Love You” to a graduating class at the University of California earlier this year.

“I thought I would inspire the graduating class by singing a Whitney Houston song to them,” explains Ferrell in the clip above.
